Rock with fur? It’s some sea vegetation on a thin layer of mud on the rock.
Had a fall and my flesh wound.

Sand fly, both of us got bitten by these female sand flies. Their bites were worst then mosquitoes.

My wound on my left leg
See the blood? It’s all dry up, I left it to bleed since I had it, only rinsed with the mineral water I had once. Some sand flies’ bite marks too.
